Sreymom Sum

Ms Sum Sreymom is a research associate in the Poverty, Agriculture and Rural Development Programme, CDRI. She holds MA degree of agriculture, majoring in International Development on Rural Areas, at Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, Japan 2010. Her research focuses upon gender equality, labour market, food security, and contract farming. Recently, she has been engaged in research projects include gender equality in labour market for more inclusive growth: gender analysis of the policy framework on employment; structural change and diversification in Cambodia, impact assessment on farmer organization on food security for rural poor. She is presently working on the research project emerging contract farming in Cambodia.
