Vutha HING is Cambodian and is currently working for Cambodia Development Resource Institute (CDRI) as research fellow and head of economics unit. He holds two MA degrees: one in international economics from Graduate School of Asia Pacific Studies at Waseda University, Japan in 2003 and another one in international economic law and policy (LL.M) from University of Barcelona, Spain in 2009. He has ten year working experience in development research with particular research interest ranging from in international trade policy, investment and private sector development to labour market and migration issues.
