Domitilla Rwezaula Bashemera, senior lecturer at the Institute of Rural Development Planning, Dodoma, Tanzania. Highest is Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Demography obtained from the University of Dar es Salaam from 2006-2011. My Masters was MBA- Corporate Management from Mzumbe University (2002-2004). I possess two Post graduate Diploma one on Population and Population and Sustainable Development specialised on Gender from Cairo Demographic Centre-Egypt (1996-1997). The second Post graduate Diploma was on Regional Planning from IRDP-Dodoma, Tanzania (1989-1989. Also I have community Development skills at advanced Diploma level. I have field experience on Community and Rural Development Planning since 1979 until 1993. Moreover, I have experience in teaching at all levels that is women groups, certificate, diploma and degree level. I participated in the DHS fellow as a team leader. Currently I am a team leader of the PEP- PAGE-CBMS Tanzania Project which is being implemented in Bukoba and Muleba District Council of Kagera region
