Boaz Munga

Boaz Munga is an Acting Principal Policy Analyst with extensive experience in public policy research, labour market analysis, and social sector development in Kenya, having worked primarily at the Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis (KIPPRA). He has contributed to national policy dialogue through analytical work on employment, working conditions, and institutional reforms, with a particular focus on evidence-based policymaking.

His work spans key areas including labour market dynamics, social protection systems, and workforce wellbeing, where he has supported the design and evaluation of policies aimed at improving job quality and inclusive growth. He has also engaged in multidisciplinary research linking employment outcomes with health, education, and emerging trends in the future of work.
