Fatoumata Lamarana Diallo

Dr. Fatoumata L. Diallo is an economist and she is currently a consultant. Dr. Diallo holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Maastricht University (2014), a Ph.D. in development economics from the University of Dakar (2015), and a post-graduate diploma in economics from the University of Dakar (2006). Her main research interests include the evaluation of development programs in the areas of education, health, poverty, and social protection; multidimensional poverty; Gender and New Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), and regional integration. She is very skilled in data processing and software packages, including Stata, R, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Latex. Dr. Diallo is highly professional, well organized with very good communication skills. She has a good command of the French language and has a working knowledge of English.
