Paul Kakupa

Paul Kakupa is a University of Zambia lecturer and researcher specializing in educational leadership, policy, and management. His research interests encompass various aspects of educational effectiveness, equity, teacher quality, and school reform. With a focus on addressing 21st-century challenges, Paul explores the evolving roles of schools and higher education institutions (HEIs) in meeting contemporary educational needs. He is particularly interested in examining the impact of education policies and targeted interventions on school systems, teacher practices, and student outcomes. Through his research endeavors, Paul endeavors to contribute to evidence-based decision-making processes and drive positive change in education systems across Sub-Saharan Africa.
