Zamangwe Zwane

Zamangwe Zwane is a Research Associate in the Research Coordination, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit at the Department of Basic Education in South Africa. She has played a key role in supporting the development of the Early Grade Reading Benchmarks for the South African Languages of Learning, Teaching and Assessment (LoLTA) and is actively involved in several large-scale research projects aimed at enhancing education policy within the department. Zamangwe holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Pretoria. Her research interests are Impact Evaluation, Intergenerational Mobility, Human Capital Development, and the Economics of Education.
