University Lecturer at the University of Garoua Cameroon, with over four years of experience in policy-oriented research on learning outcomes, educational inequalities, and child well-being in Sub-Saharan Africa. My research focuses on understanding the drivers of the learning crisis through the analysis of large-scale educational assessments, including PASEC, SACMEQ, and EGRA data. I have contributed to research projects funded by the Conférence des ministres de l'Éducation des États et gouvernements de la Francophonie (CONFEMEN) and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, aimed at strengthening the use of PASEC data for evidence-based educational policymaking, and have published research in international peer-reviewed journals. My work combines advanced quantitative methods, including multilevel modeling, Bayesian approaches, machine learning, and quasi-experimental techniques.
