Ana Badillo is PEP’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist. She has extensive experience in national and international NGOs, government, academia and international cooperation. She holds Master’s Degrees in Development Economics and Public Policies and is a PhD researcher at the Institute of Social Studies (ISS), focusing on the political economy of social protection reforms in Ecuador and Paraguay. Ana’s areas of specialization include child-wellbeing, social protection, health and nutrition, climate change, regenerative agriculture, biodiversity conservation, gender equality, monitoring and evaluation, and program management. She also has teaching experience. She was lecturer at Leiden University College and guest lecture at ISS in Critical Social Policy and Child and Youth studies.
