Claire Nakigudde

A dedicated and results oriented M&E professional with nine (9) years’ working experience. She has experience in designing and using research, monitoring & evaluation tools and frameworks and setting up M&E systems. She has hands on experience in data management, analysis, report writing, and knowledge management. Claire also has vast experience in designing versatile databases both off and online. She has familiarity with online data collection tools and Management Information Systems such as ODK and GIS. In addition she has strong statistical skills with the ability to use a number of statistical software’s such as statistical and SPSS, Excel, MySQL, STATA, EPI Info. She holds a Master of Science in Development Economics, a Master of Science in Monitoring and Evaluation, a Bachelor of Science in Business Statistics, a Post graduate certificate in Project Planning and Management and Oil & Gas Osh Capacity Building Course by Petroleum Safety Authority Norway. She is an active member of the Uganda Evaluation Association (UEA). Claire is analytical with a meticulous eye for detail. She has proven communication and interpersonal skills. She has the experience, knowledge and drive to design and implement highly successful monitoring and evaluation strategies for informed decision making, optimal resource allocation and adaptive program management.
