Dr. Andrew Martin Kilale is a Principal Research Scientist at the National Institute for Medical Research. He received his PhD from the University of Bergen. His background and expertise is on research on TB, HIV/AIDS and related diseases. He has published more than 40 research articles on these topics in Tanzanian and International Journals. Apart from being a lead person and coordinator to several projects conducted in the country, he has won several international and local consultancies in various areas of health research. He has also been working a a link between health researchers and policy makers by facilitating translation and packaging of health research findings.
