I have a PhD in economics. I specialise in gender issues, women's entrepreneurship, household issues (in terms of under-five health, domestic violence against women, and poverty).
I'm passionate about research, and, in addition to my knowledge of how to produce good literature, I have a high level of skills in quantitative analysis using Stata and R software.
Country research is very important because the findings and recommendations help the government address the challenges it faces. Between 2021 and 2022, I was a substitute researcher on the Pep project entitled Gender Impact of Public Climate Change Adaptation Policies on Food Security in Cameroon. The study assessed the gendered impact of public climate change adaptation policies on food security in Cameroon. From 2023 to present, I'm working on a new project. It is called "Women's economic empowerment and structural transformation in Cameroon.". In this project, we are assessing the impact of gender inequalities in education and access to land on structural transformation in Cameroon.
