Michael Ndanshau

Prof. Michael Ndanshau holds a PhD in economics from the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) and is the former head of the Department of Economics (UDSM). He was also a former dean Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (FoHSS) and acting Deputy Principal Academic at Mkwawa University College of Education(MUCE). He has a wide experience in research and consultancy works. He is a specialist in micro-finance and other financial issues. He has been involved in studies regarding issues of informal finance prevailing in rural as well as in urban areas and their impacts on the performance of formal finance. Prof. Ndanshau is well conversant with the SPSS computer programme and analysis of cross-section survey data.
