Engr。Cyprian Longtar worked essentially in Power Team of Bureau of Public Enterprises for three years restructuring the Nigerian Electric Power Sector before joining the REA. My work resulted in the Electric Power Sector Reform Act, 2005 and the Rural Electrification Policy. I then joined the REA on its establishment in 2006 and worked essentially in the production of the policy documents of the REA, the Rural Electrification Strategy And Implementation Plan and the REA Operational Guidelines。 I was a member Ministerial Committee National Renewable Energy and Energy Effiency Policy (NREEEP) and its action plan (NREEAP)
Currently a Principal Manager with the REA involved in Planning, Research and Development of rural electrification projects.across Nigeria.
