For the past 6 years Diego have been much involved in collection, designing of tools and processing of survey data to monitor the impact of development interventions. He has an extensive knowledge and experience in monitoring and processing of both primary and secondary data collected in field mostly through use of Stata. His key role includes but not limited to preparation and design of survey tools, testing and piloting of survey tools, translations of survey tools and methodologies and also act as lead facilitator in the training of survey field teams both qualitative and quantitative teams, data translations and play a key role in assisting clients to understand collected data during analysis. He has strong understanding of realities of data collection techniques and impact of various decision or method on data outcome. He has an advanced proficient use of number of data collection software including Surveybe, SurveyCTO, Survey Solution, CWEST, STATA, ArcGIS, ODK and Captricity. He works in numerous assignments' including the works he has done with AIID, Social Impact, MCA-T and MCC, CGD, World Bank, Harvard University, Washington University, TASAF, WASH, CHAI, CDC, USAID, IFPRI and various ministries in Tanzania.
