James Fomba Sandy holds a PhD in economics. He has a long experience as principal economist for the National Revenue Authoroty and Central Bank of Sierra Leonne. Since 2015, he is engaged as lecturer at Njala University. His current area of interest covers public economics, economic policy analysis.
