She is Senior Research Associate of the CBMS Network Office at De La Salle University-Angelo King Institute for Economic and Business Studies based in Manila, Philippines. Ms. Quilitis is the focal person on the development of CBMS Network training modules and instruments for data collection, processing, GIS poverty mapping and database-management. She is the lead coordinator/trainer of capacity-building modules for national and local CBMS trainers in the Philippines. She has conducted various training and technical workshops on the implementation and applications of the CBMS methodology and instruments for researchers, policymakers and program implementers at the local and international level. Ms. Quilitis has a degree in Statistics from the University of the Philippines, & academic units in Master of Public Affairs from the same university.
She serves CBMS Resource Person and part of the CBMS Coordinating Team for PEP since 2002 to present. She was also a member of the PEP Asia Secretariat from 2002 to 2014.
