She is Senior Research Associate of the CBMS Network Office at De La Salle University-Angelo King Institute for Economic and Business Studies based in Manila, Philippines. She serves CBMS Resource Person for PEP since 2002 to present. Ms. Quilitis is the focal person on the development of CBMS training modules and instruments for data collection, processing and database-management, and is lead coordinator/trainer of modules for accredited CBMS trainers in the Philippines. She has conducted various training and technical workshops on the implementation and applications of the CBMS methodology and instruments for researchers, policymakers and program implementers at the local & international level. Ms. Quilitis has degree in Statistics from the University of the Philippines, & academic units in Master of Public Affairs from the same university.
