I hold a Ph.D. in Demography from the University of Parakou in Benin, following a Master's degree in Population Studies from the Higher Institute of Population Sciences (ISSP) at the University of Ouagadougou in Burkina Faso, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Abomey-Calavi in Benin.
Since February 2026, I have been working as a Demographer at the National School of Statistics, Planning, and Demography (ENSPD/UP) at the University of Parakou in Benin.
From 2017 to 2025, I served as Technical Director in charge of Research and Data Management at the Institute for Analysis, Communication, and Social Groups (INACES), located in the Ouémé Department of Benin. I also have expertise in consulting for project and program monitoring and evaluation, strategic planning, and the design and implementation of public health surveys. In this capacity, I have supported health systems in several countries, including Benin, Mali, Chad, and Guinea.
My research areas include: demography, the health of vulnerable populations (children under five, pregnant women), adolescent and youth reproductive health and related rights, STIs and HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis (TB), malaria, the health of key HIV-positive populations, gender-based violence (GBV), youth employment, and the economic empowerment of girls and women.
I have at least ten scientific publications to my credit, published in regional and international journals.
