Veto Tyas Indrio is Junior Researcher at The SMERU Research Institute in Indonesia (Jakarta). His areas of expertise research interest lie on socioeconomics, poverty issues, and development studies. At SMERU, Veto involved in several projects including unique longitudinal study, poverty map of Indonesia, a diagnostic study of child labor in rural area, entrepreneurship and economic growth in Indonesia as well as poverty and inequality analysis. Prior to joining SMERU in 2015, Veto worked as a teaching assistant at his university. He is undergraduate student in Economics from University of Indonesia (now Faculty of Economics and Business), his undergrad thesis was examined financial deepening and growth of income per capita.
