Ms Setsoafia holds a bachelor's degree in Agriculture with specialisation in agribusiness and a masters degree in Agribusiness all from the University of Ghana. She joined the department of agriculture and resource economics as a senior research assistant and has risen through the ranks to the position of lecturer. She has five papers in peer reviewed journals to her credit and still working on other research in the fields of agribusiness management, development economics, cocoa industry and SME development. She is hard working, committed and self motivated.
