Judith Urielle TOSSOU holds a PhD in Development Economics from the University of Abomey Calavi in Benin. She also holds a Advanced Master of Research in Applied Macroeconomics and a Master of Economics from the University of Abomey Calavi in Benin. Urielle has worked on research themes with the African Economic Research Consortium (AERC) and the Economic Policy Partnership (PEP). She was a visiting researcher at Laval University (Quebec, Canada). She has participated in research projects on agriculture, food security, employment, technological innovation, entrepreneurship, gender and other macroeconomic issues. She is currently a researcher at the Center for Research in Economics of the University of Abomey-Calavi (CRE-UAC) in Benin. Her research focuses on microeconomic and macroeconomic issues of development. She has quantitative skills and extensive knowledge of econometric techniques. She has presented some research at international conferences and published some in peer-reviewed journals.
