Ms Tsolmon Baatarzorig is a junior researcher at Gerege Partners LLC and Economic Research Institute in Mongolia. She has been working on Institutionalization project for Mongolia granted by PEP.
She holds BSc in International Economics from National University of Mongolia in 2013. Her key research interests are macroeconomics, labour economics, public policy, natural resource economics and advanced modelling methods.
She has worked on a number of socio-economic studies such as “Health insurance fund study” commissioned by Ministry of Finance, “Extractive industries revenue management system in Mongolia” funded by UNDP, “Medium to long-term labor supply-demand of Mongolia” funded by Ministry of Labor, “Fiscal Sustainability Report in Mongolia” funded by Natural Resource Government Institute.
Her papers have been published in several domestic journals and one international journal named Environment and Development Economics. Recently, She participated Professional Research Competition organized be Central Bank of Mongolia with other team members and their research paper was awarded 1st place.
