Marcos Garcias

Marcos de Oliveira Garcias is a PhD student in Economics at the University of Sao Paulo, where Prof. Kassouf is her main advisor. He is also a Assistant Professor at Federal University of Pampa - Brazil. His major field of interest is Social Economics. He has participated in researches on Impact Evaluation as of rural credit for small holders in Brazil and rural insurance program. He has expertise in database management, especially in microdata and in econometric tools.
