Werner Hernani-Limarino

Werner is a co-founder and distinguished research fellow at Fundacion ARU. He is also chair of the LACEA Network of inequality and Poverty, fellow of Southern Voice (A global south think tank network) and member of the Bolivian Academy of Sciences. He has previously worked at the research department of the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Banks, two government think tanks in Bolivia and Brazil, and as a consultant of several international organizations and national governments.
