Abstract

This project is part of a three-year (2024–2027) PEP initiative, funded by the Hewlett Foundation, that supports research centers and government institutions in East and West Africa to build lasting collaborative frameworks and strengthen evidence-informed policymaking (EIP). This project is implemented in Nigeria, by the Resource and Environmental Policy Research Centre (REPRC - EfD Nigeria), in collaboration with the National Council on Climate Change Secretariat (NCCCS), with a focus on informing policy processes related to Nigeria’s emerging carbon market and broader climate governance agenda.
