This project is part of a three-year (2024–2027) PEP initiative, funded by the Hewlett Foundation, that supports research centers and government institutions in East and West Africa to build lasting collaborative frameworks and strengthen evidence-informed policymaking (EIP). This project is implemented in Nigeria by the Institute of Budget and Policy, Africa LTD/GTE, working in collaboration with government partners to inform policies related to the basic education system.
