Abstract

This project is part of a three-year (2024–2027) PEP initiative, funded by the Hewlett Foundation, that supports research centers and government institutions in East and West Africa to build lasting collaborative frameworks and strengthen evidence-informed policymaking (EIP). In Kenya, the project is implemented by the Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis (KIPPRA) in collaboration with the State Department for Labour and Skills Development with a focus on informing policies addressing youth employment challenges.
