Nowadays, In China, several kinds of unbalances in economic system has been enlarged, in which, the key point is excessive low of income of residents in rural area, especially in west of China. To increase their income, the labour flows from rural area to city or from west to east are stimulated. According to the updated data, there are over 150 million domestic migrant workers, and the trend will last for a long time. The rural labour flow has become to an important power to support Chinas economy development, as well as an important pathway to increase income of rural residents. In the research, we plan to focus on the problems of rural labour flow. We try to give a quantitative analysis by an interregional CGE model: First, the general effects of labour flows in recent years on rural income, especially in the west area in China; Second, we carry out the comparative analysis on effects between different kinds of labour flows; Third, we also want to study the efficiency gap of labour flow among different industries. we would study the trend of labour flow among industries. The conclusion will be benefit to estimate the future trend of labour flow.
