 André Lemelin is a professor-researcher at the Urbanisation, Culture et Société Research Center of the Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique (INRS), which is part of the Université du Québec network (http://www.inrs-ucs.uquebec.ca/). He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Harvard University (1975). His current research interests are: CGE modelling, and in particular with financial assets; social accounting matrices and regional models; regional statistics; and multi-factor productivity
